Shipping Policy

Overview

We are a contract manufacturer in Europe producing high-quality products. Due to the popularity of our products, packages are typically shipped within 2 to 3 days of receiving an order. From that point, it takes a minimum 2 to maximum 5 days for items to arrive at your doorstep depending on your local traffic. As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times, please remember to check your spam/junk folder if you can’t find the email, also, it takes about 48-72 hours for the tracking information to be updated online, so if you just received your tracking number and find that there’s no tracking information, please wait for about 48 hours and check again. Due to high demand orders might be a little delayed to deliver sometimes.

Return – Refund Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Refunds (if applicable)

We have a 3 days Refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a refund if a product is damaged/unsatisfied with item. And We have a 7 days Return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return

PLEASE NOTE: FREE RETURN MEANS WE DO NOT CHARGE SERVICE FEES. The buyer is liable to send that order back on his/her own shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide an address that you need to send the package back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
